Rostrum Medical® Announces Expansion of Senior Leadership Team to Accelerate Growth
Vancouver, Canada – We are pleased to welcome Kipton Lade to the senior leadership team at Rostrum Medical Innovations. Mr. Lade has been appointed to the position of Vice President – Global Sales & Marketing to lead its Rostrum’s business development and global marketing efforts, effective August 9, 2021.
Kipton Lade has over 25 years of experience developing, executing strategic plans, and launching new medical technologies and therapies on a global level. His proficiency in accelerating growth and driving results links well with Rostrum’s plans for successful commercialization of the VQm Pulmonary Health Monitor™.

In his last assignment, Mr. Lade served as the CEO of the Device Division at Theralase Technologies Inc. (TSXV: TLT) (OTCQB: TLTFF). At Theralase Kipton served on the senior leadership team responsible for completion of $17.25 Million public offering of common stock and warrants, established new distribution agreements in key international geographies and delivered new Class IV laser, Emitter, Detector and Software, to support Phase II clinical trial.
Mr. Lade also served as the President and CEO at Thornhill Medical (Toronto, Ontario, Canada). At Thornhill Medical, he successfully completed a business turn around, which included: launch of global distribution, new product introductions, multi-million-dollar US Department of Defense tender award and the completion of a Series A financing. Prior to Thornhill Medical, Mr. Lade served in various senior management positions, such as Director of Sales and Marketing at Boston Scientific (Toronto, Ontario, Canada), General Manager of St. Jude Medical – Canada (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) and Director of Global Product Marketing for St. Jude Medical (Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA).
Mr. Lade completed the Executive Development Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, earned an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, has his MS in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University, and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University.
